2. Service Scope

We provide non-emergency, home-based care services including general nursing, physiotherapy, and wellness support. We are not a substitute for hospital emergency services.

3. Nurse Verification & Safety

• All professionals are verified with ID, qualifications, and background checks.
• PPE protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate health history.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Avoid assigning tasks outside of agreed services (e.g., domestic work).

5. Booking, Payments & Cancellation

• Fees and deposits are clearly stated at booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Late cancellations may incur penalties.

6. Replacement & Termination

• Clients may request a replacement nurse within the trial period.
• Services may be terminated with proper notice by either party.

7. Liability & Indemnification

GharWellness is not responsible for issues arising from unsafe conditions or misuse of the service. Clients must indemnify the company for losses resulting from contract violations.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Client data is stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel. Consent is obtained for all personal data use as per Indian data protection law.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials belong to GharWellness. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Amendments

Terms may be updated. Continued usage implies your agreement with any updates.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
